Tool & Instrument Engineering’s underlying technology and commitment to progressing the industry through research and development has provided the foundations for a number of successful independent business entities.

Tool & Instrument Engineering pioneered the development into a computer management and analysis system for sterilization between 1994 and 2004.

Sites are spread from Townsville in Northern Queensland to Williamstown in Southern Victoria, and a range of public and private clients. Tool & Instrument Engineering transfer the IP rights into a separate entity which is still operational today.

Tool & Instrument Engineering now remains focused on building solutions for surgical instrument management.

Tool & Instrument Engineering developed a business to develop a range of custom trolleys to meet the requirements of growing theatre suits and wards. High quality products and innovative techniques gave us the leading edge in theatre and ward accessories. The company has since been sold, and the new operators are still utilising many of our original designs, from the early to mid 1990's.
