• Level 1  - Full disassembly of the optical system & cleaning of the lenses.  This also includes external cleaning [Polishing of e/p window, distal window, body & tubing]. 
  
• Level 2  – Level 1 + Repair/Replacement of any damaged rod lenses, eye cup/cartridge or eyepiece window & repair of light fibres/light post  
  
• Level 3 - Level 1 & 2 + Repair/Replacement of the objective lens system [lens system at distal tip]. 
  
• Level 4  - Level 1, 2 & 3 + Replacement of inner & outer tubing and light fibres [Full rebuild].
